| Trail Run Times: |
|
- Do not expect your road running times to translate to trail running.
- For example, your time for the Trail 10-Miler might be equivalent to your fast half marathon time.
- Because of uneven terrain, softer surfaces, tight, twisty single track trails and hills, expect your times to be slower.
- Plan your hydration and nutrition needs based on being on the course longer than you would be if it were a road race.
