Join us for our NEW Stars Over Starkey 10K & 5k Night Runs at the beautiful Jay B. Starkey Wilderness Park in Pasco County, FLorida. These runs are out and back on the park's paved multi-use trail. Experience the wonder of running through the woods at night on a flat, fast surface. Easily accessible from all of the Tampa Bay Area.

Start Time: 8:20pm
Course:
   •Paved multi-use trail--out and back.
   •Start/Finish is east of the Education Center at the old end of the trail.
Aid Stations: 3 on route with sports drink and water. BUT, there will not be an aid station every mile.

NIGHT RUNNING
These runs start near sunset, so light will be decreasing as you run. For your own safety and comfort, we ask that everyone carry some type of light (headlamp, handheld or beltclip) to help illuminate your way if needed.

Saturday, June 20

   • 6:45pm Packet Pick-Up, Education Center

   • 8:20pm 10K Start
   • 8:30pm 5K Start
   

   • Overall and age group awards handed out as they are determined.

Event Parking:
   • As directed in the field on the right side of the road as you enter Starkey Wilderness Park. From there it is a short walk to the education center for check-in.

Jay B. Starkey Wilderness Park
We encourage you to make a day or a weekend out of racing at Starkey Wilderness Park. With a number of picnic areas, pavilions, several playgrounds, nature trails, mountain biking trails and a paved trail that leads to the Suncoast Trail, the park is a great place to bring the entire family!

Camping at Starkey Wilderness Park
The park offers RV and tent camping as well as cabins.

Reservations:
Reservations may be made by CLICKING HERE. We highly recommend making your reservations as far in advance as possible as the park often sells out of campsites during this time of year.
