 excited to bring you the second annuall Sand Squirrel Off-Road Duathlon--a blend of trail running, trail biking and more trail running! Sand Squirrel will be a unique challenge suited for beginners as well as experienced off-road enthusiasts. |
Thisl event is limited to 150 participants, so sign up early to ensure your spot!

| SAND SQUIRREL OFF-ROAD DUATHLON |
- Start Time: 7:45am
- Course: Trail Run (2.8 miles), Mountain Bike (9.25 miles), Trail Run (1.2 miles)
- Special Challenges: There will be one "special challenge" to complete at the end of the bike course and one to complete before crossing the finish line.
- Aid Stations: One at the Transition Area. Participants should carry fluids on the run and on their bike.
- Kids 9 years old and up can compete in the Sand Squirrel.
- We also have a two-person relay team division in the this distance--one runner, one biker.

- Course: Trail Run (5.6 miles), Mountain Bike (18.5 miles), Trail Run (2.4 miles)
- Special Challenges: There will be one "special challenge" to complete at the end of the bike course and one to complete before crossing the finish line.
- Aid Stations: One at the Transition Area. Participants should carry fluids on the run and on their bike.
- Kids 14 years old and up can compete in the Extreme.
